Well .. akhirnya gua download juga tuh Hyper-V yang free... almost 1 GB .. :)
N sekrang, at 2.20 AM i am still at the office, ngoprek binatang Hyper-V with my friend's server IBM X3200M2...
As usual .. gua coba pake CD Server Setup bawaan si IBM ... tapi akhirnya mentok tuh, ga bisa install Hyper-V doang ..
So, gua putuskan untuk langsung aja pake CD Hyper-V deh...
Instalasi berjalan cukup cepat ... kurang lebih 15 menit, seperti biasa install Windows Vista / 2008 ... simple dan cepat tapi ga ditanya product key (becoz it's FREE) :) YUMMY.
Udah gitu ... tanpa baca primbon ... gua mulai utak atik nih server ... pertama kali masuk .. kita akan dipaksa untuk ganti password administrator.
trus keluar jendela HVCONFIG.CMD..
well, as easy as 123 .. set nama server, network interfaces dan lain lain .. and you are almost ready to build VM on this server. (VM on this server can be built only from Hyper-V management console yang diinstall di Vista / Windows 2008)
Get hyper-v mgmt console from here (vista x86).

install it on the other machine, let's say .. your VISTA SP1 computer, and restart it..
After this stage i thought i can straightfully remote the server, but i can't!
Then after do some searching. .... looking right, looking left ..
i found two things ...
1. we have to manually enable the status of remote administration in the windows firewall on the Hyper-V Server
2. login to our Vista computer using the same account (CMIIW)
to complete this... ::
First we check the status of the firewall..
enter the command prompt:
execute "netsh firewall show state"
it will show something like this
Firewall status:
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Profile = Domain
Operational mode = Enable
Exception mode = Enable
Multicast/broadcast response mode = Enable
Notification mode = Disable
Group policy version = Windows Firewall
Remote admin mode = Disable

second execute netsh advfirewall firewall set rule group="Remote Administration" new enable=yes
third check again with netsh firewall show state
it will show

Now from Vista, klik start, hyper-v manager.. dan dari MMC ini, klik Connect to server, ketik IP Addressnya, and walla! .. you are connected..
